Control Panel Resize

Would be nice to set control panel to NOT resize with the screen, Even with a scroll bar would help. Because when using on Phone or tablet, it's a kind hard to operate.

Check the images bellow where I just resized on chrome. There is a lot of space to use and everything is grouped.
