Does Pixotope have its own lens calibration procedure?

  Not at the moment, though this might be included within your camera tracking system, and would generate a lens file. From Director, you can upload this file in Set up > Camera tracking > Advanced lens tracking and do some more manipulation there. These 2 links might be helpful for you :)
